Have you tried removing it from Project settings and adding it again? You could also reinstall the app from the integrated RWS Appstore (in the Add-ins tab)

Is this the app you installed? https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/174 Also, is your Trados up to date? You can check that from Help - Check for updates.
