&lt;p&gt;Have you tried removing it from Project settings and adding it again? You could also reinstall the app from the integrated RWS Appstore (in the Add-ins tab)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is this the app you installed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;a id="" href="https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/174"&gt;https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/174&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Also, is your Trados up to date? You can check that from Help - Check for updates.&lt;/p&gt;
