OpenAI Add-in disappeared from Trados after updating the Add-in

After updating the OpenAI Add-in (RWS AppStore window) the funcitionalty disappeared completely from Trados 2024.

Not showing op under the Add-ins or the project settings.

Window in Editor showing "No AI companion available".

Installing again doesn't work.

Need some assistance, please.

  • Provided steps are no solution. No OpenAI provider available. OpenAI Provider reinstall from AppStore (from within Trados): App installs, but is not avaibale after restart Trados 2024 SR1.
