Term Recognition do not show terms added via Rapid Add Term

I am using Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.12.19268.

If I add a term via Rapid Add Term app, Term Recognition function of Trados do not show recently added term after changing focus on segments or after reopening the project and/or Trados.

If I try to add the same term again via Rapid Add Term app or via Quick Add New Term function of Trados, I get the expected message that term already exists. I can see the term via Termbase Search function of Trados.

Terms added via Rapid Add Term are indeed visible when you go out from the segment and return there. If this is not the case, please try to reorganise your termbase in MultiTerm.

Reorganising my termbase in MultiTerm did not solve it.

Interestingly, Term Recognition feature shows that no such term exist in Termbase but if I use "Quick Add New Term", Trados tells me that such term already exists and asks to edit it.
