Apps not updating

Hi there

since I upgraded to the latest version of SDL 2024, only some apps could be upgraded

- I had antidote : I downloaded the latest version of the app store and wanted to update it locally > the app just does not want to appear again even if I do the setup

- deepl : the same

this is the case for many other apps

I guess I shall delete the previous versions ? but where from ? or any other idea?

    I would close Trados Studio and delete these folders first:

    %APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins

    c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins

    Then, open Trados Studio, open the integrated appstore and install the apps you want through there.  Do not go to the appstore, download and install manually... do it all through the integrated appstore in Trados Studio.  That way you will only be able to install apps that are correct for the version of Trados Studio you are using.

    See how that goes and let me know if you still have a problem after that.
