Version 4.0.1 for Trados Studio 2022

Move all .dlls into the SDLXLIFF SplitMerge installation folder (fixes issue with not loadable assemblies)
Change SDL logo to the RWS one
Upgraded for Trados Studio 2022

Removed the integrated version from the appstore. Going forward this application will only be available as a standalone tool. This is for two reasons:

the standalone application is the preferred tool for users, and the integrated version is actually the standalone tool wrapped in a plugin.
studioViews is a plugin that was created to offer all the support available in the Split and Merge app and more.

Split and Merge is also not supported well any more due to the significant changes in Trados Studio over the years, whilst studioViews will be regularly maintained as needed.
