Hi Patrick,

I have just installed AI professional and try to apply both OpenAI api and Azure OpenAI api. The Model connection to OpenAI was successful; however, the one for Azure was not.
I simply cannot choose model for Azure. How can I add the Azure? Please provide me the instruction. Thank you.

Fix tags in all target segments by batch using AI

What are the optimal settings and appropriate prompts to use with a Large Language Model (LLM) to accurately insert all missing tags in multiple target segments as a batch process? Additionally, how can one correctly position tags in any given segment?

I've been testing Trados Studio 2024 for a few weeks now. Nothing but problems. Crashes, various error messages, files not pre-translating properly. Undo didn't work once. Very unconvinced. Will stick with Studio 2019. My horse tried to drink, but the water was unpalatable. Also very disappointed because I was willing to pay €1300 for the Professional upgrade.

We've been enjoying using this AI Professional plugin for a few weeks now.

However, we've been encountering the following error message: "Jeton 'm98,72,0 l0, 2' inattendu rencontré à la position '8'." (unexpected token).

What happens?
The error message pops up and the whole Trados Studio 2022 application crashes (closes).

When does it happen?
When the AI Professional plugin is enabled.
It does not necessarily happen when we're using the plugin.
In fact, it usually happens on projects for which we don't use the plugin at all.
However, the plugin is enabled.

Trados version: SDL Trados Studio 2022 Professional

Hello, this looks interesting. It is perhaps a silly question, is my translation data transmitted to the GPT (is it stored there)? Is this compatible with a static, premise-only version of ChatGPT (or Azure)? We have sensitive data that we don't want to publish on the Internet, but be interested in benefiting from such apps. Could you please advise?

Will the AI model translate different segments according to the context of the whole file? Or do I need to provide the subject matter of the text into the prompt?

I am writing to request a feature enhancement for the software interface. As shown in the attached screenshot, 
I would like to have the ability to insert a line break in the text box located below the "Prompt Text:" field. 
This would greatly improve the readability and organization of the text within this field.

Thank you for considering my request. I believe this enhancement would be beneficial for all users.
