cannot add new SDL server

Hello everyone, I have been working with an agency for 2 years using their server based TM and suddenly few days ago it stopped working. I tried to reset the connection but It keeps showing me the same message : "check your network and internet connection, login credentials and server availability" I have checked everything and it all works fine, I contacted the agency, their IT team checked and they didn't find any problem, they manage to connect with my credentials. I reinstall Trados, reactivated my licence but it didn't change anything... I don't know what to do anymore... Any suggestions ? Thank you!
