I suspect its still there in the event someone uses the SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack where processing TTX is still attainable

Just to double check, I tried importing TTX after installing SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack and got the same error.
In order to import TTX into a TM, you need to create a project first.
