The list of supported language pairs can be found here https://www.rws.com/language-weaver/supported-languages/ and I am pleased to assure you that German into Italian is supported.

When you mentioned the App from the App Store, I assume you mean this one: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/language-weaver-cloud/941/

Please also confirm that you have German - Italian listed under File - Options - Language Pairs

Yes, the German -> Italian and Italian -> German language pair is listed. Still, when I try to translate a document from Italian into German the Language Weaver box says "n/a" ("not available", I assume). I have tried to translate a text from Italian into French, and it doesn't work, either. Still, it works when I translate from Italian into English and vice versa or from English into German and vice versa. Any idea how to make it work?

I'm having the same issue with the combination italian-german.(sdl strados 2021)

It worked since friday, and today there is no cloud.based resource available in the window..

I tried to restart the pc but it's always the same...

I would be very glad if somone could help me

This problem solved itself, it was probably something outside of my influence.

But perhaps someone else might have the same problem and if so could just stay calm, drink a cup of tea and try al little later

This is something we at XTRF have also noticed and unfortunately it didn't solve itself.
The issue is observed with German and Italian and happens during actions Pre-translate files and Analyze files.

Screenshots and error logs attached below.
