Our memory translations are saved in a terminal server. Our 3 users that connect themselves to the server see one of the translation files with different completion levels (44%, 20% and 0%).
I searched for a really long time but none of the solutions worked for me.

Does this mean, that your 3 user try to open and translate THE SAME files at the same time? And probably are using the same TM simultaneously? Unfortunately, this does not work that way. To be able to work that way you need a TM server or GroupShare. With the desktop version of Studio such attempts must fail.

In fact we use Goupshare, and that is why I'm not able to understand how this can happen. All other files seem to be OK.
Is it possible that the file got corrupted? Anything of that kind?
