Why does Studio 2022 license not show in my account (and is therefore not accessible)?

I purchased an upgrade from Studio 2021 Freelance to Studio 2022 Freelance in April. When Studio 2022 finally came out I downloaded Studio and MultiTerm and installed them. However, the "Licenses" section of my account does not show this license and the button "your available Upgrades" is grey and shows 0 available upgrades.

When I go to the "licensing and installing" support page at gateway.sdl.com/webtocase and click on either Installation Issues or Help Activating/Deactivating License I get redirected to a webpage that says "Access Denied - you do not have permissions to perform the requested action".

It is impossible to get support via email.

How can I get the product I have purchased and paid in April?
