My computer crashed and was formatted. I now need to reinstal SDL Studio 2017 but I can't deactivate and activate the license again. What can I do? It shows as "In Use" in my account. I will really appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!

I see that in the meantime you managed to deactivate the license. To download the program, go to your account, Products and Plans - Downloads. The activation code can be found in Products and Plans - Licenses.
