Update a new file TM

Question

I have already translated a quite long file (.ini, replaced with txt) 
 I removed MT option. I added the previous TM. 
 Now when click the segment, it shows the previous translation 100%. 
 However, I want to see the new segments. I used Pre-translate and leave un-translated segments empty. I couldn't manage. 
 Is there a quick way to see the untranslated segments.

 I'm not sure what your problem is, but to answer your question, open the Review ribbon in the Editor, and select All segments button > Not translated option item: 
 Then only untranslated segments will be shown.
