i've been trying to log into my RWS account and set up a new password, but no matter what I do the email isn't coming. The email address I use is tatjana.radmilo@gmail.com
I've received promo emails from RWS at this address and I've checked the spam folder.
Someone had a similar case on Community several months ago and they had their password reset, would that help here?
Please help, it's urgent!
