Language Cloud disabled and I've been signed out of Studio 2019

Question

Yesterday, Language Cloud on Studio 2019 was disabled for all my projects, and is still disabled today. 
 Somehow, I've also been signed out of Studio 2019 and can't sign into my SDL account either. 
 I've tried renaming the file LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin, then signing in again, but nothing happens, the little * just turns and turns. 
 I'm at 75% of my Cloud usage. 
 I'm in the middle of a huge project due on Monday and I need a solution fast!!!

I suggest you log a case. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

You have two options: 
 
1. Submit a case using a webform 
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset 
 
You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
