Hello,
When I want to use SDL NMT and I click on SDL Language Cloud, instead of Generic NMT appears just Generic and when the Editor is open and segment is translated automatically, instead of NMT appears AT.
Why is that and how can I fix it?

What version of Studio are you using? You should have:
SDL Trados Studio 2021 - 16.0.1.2917
SDL MultiTerm 2021 - 16.0.0.159
or
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.7.2849
SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.6.56482
