Impossible to add a credit card (Pay 360 - service discontinued error)

Hello,

I would like to continue my subscription to Terminology Personal, but my subscription has been blocked because of a payment issue. When I try and add a new credit card number, I page opens saying <Pay360 by Capita - Service discontinued>. Any ideas what's going on?
