Hola! I bought last year Studio 2021 and have a SDL Language Cloud account for automatic translation but it does not appear in Studio 2021 when selectign TMs and resources for translating files... How can I activate it again in Studio 2021? Please HELP! THX!
There are two steps you need to follow. The first is to connect your copy of Studio to your account by clicking on the "Sign In" button at the top right of the Studio window - use your OOS/RWS account login credentials to connect. Once you have done that, in an existing project - or when you set up a new one - under the "Use ..." button which you use to select your TM, you'll see an option marked "Cloud based resources" - select that and you'll get the dialogue for using the MT service.
This title did change in a recent update, so make sure you're using SR2 - before that, it said SDL Language Cloud, but I'd suggest updating to the latest version anyway, if you haven't already.

THX so much for your help. I already did everything as instructed by you and when reaching the window Cloub Base Resources and selecting Automatic Translation, nothing appears to be selected in the box below. And I have a subscription to use the RWS AT engine... I am despair Don´t know how to solve this...
BTW I am suing Trados Studio2021 SR2 - 220.127.116.1197...
It's difficult to know what the issue is without seeing your account or your screen (so maybe you need ot tr logging a ticket with support), but as a check, try this:
Go to your Language Cloud account, and then Resources/NMT Models. You can do this either by going into Studio, clicking on your account name (top right corner, where you signed in), and then clicking on the "My account" link in the bottom left corner of the dialogue box, or just going to https://languagecloud.sdl.com/ and logging on that way, Once you're there, you should see a whole list of language pairs - if not, then there is something wrong with the allocation of MT to your account - and you will need RWS to look at that.
Hello JESUS M. GOMEZ FERNANDEZ-CABRERA, please check again, try to add NMT by selecting the Cloud-based resources option in Trados Studio 2021 SR2, in Project Settings. I have checked your account and resolved the issue - the subscription was expired. More details will be provided by email in ticket 00653681.
THx so much for your help I will check it later. But my subscription was not expired but paid 3 days ago as I do every month. I may say that SDL sell a product which does not work properly. Today the engine is not operational... Sorry to say that it is too much money for so many fails.
