I have the same problem. It is generally difficult and lengthy to make the right translation memory model pop-up on my screen, but since yesterday it does not work any more. Perhaps I have a limited number of words per year? Should I pay a fee to keep using it?

I have the same issue. I wonder if there is a limited number of use sessions or words to use. Should I pay a fee for using machine translation models English to Italian? Apart from being general only, I do not know why the first part of the file was translated successfully and now I do not see any models any more. Any help please? Quickly if possible...

ok.  Can you also share what you have set up in your cloud based resources?  A screenshot of your translation engine would be a good start.

Hi Paul,

I have language weaver set up in the cloud based resources. I've just managed to fix the problem from some advice from someone else who had been having the same issue. She told me to restart Trados then deselect cloud based resources in project settings and then select it again. Crazily enough it has worked. Shame I wasted a full day on this yesterday. I think it must be something I was doing which I shouldn't have done or it may have just been a glitch in the system!

I don't know.  It would be helpful if you could confirm what you are using?  Trados Live (so selecting a Translation Engine configured in Trados Live) or Trados Studio (just selecting an MT engine)?
