Is it possible to receive interactive/adaptive NMT suggestions in the target segment?

I'm new to Trados Studio and am trying to get most out of the NMT functionality in this tool. So far, I can only see that the NMT suggestions are either presented as whole sentences or as fragments in predictive typing mode. But is it possible to be supported by truly adaptive/interactive NMT suggestions within the same target segment when needing, for example, synonyms or changing the originally suggested sentence structure? This functionality is available in Lilt and in the DeepL app, but I was hoping to have it in the CAT tool together with my TB/TM reference material.

    I appreciate your quick reply, . I am aware of being able to train the NMT offering with TB and TM. My question was more about to which extent Studio assists you in providing dynamic/interactive suggestions from the same (trained) NMT engine as you work on a specific segment. Say you insert the trained NMT suggestion for the empty segment, but then would like synonyms for some of the terms in the NMT suggestion, or you would like to change the sentence structure from passive to active speech. Is Studio still assisting you with new NMT suggestions, such as is the case when you want to reshape a translated segment in Lilt or in the DeepL app? Hope that clarifies my question.
