Translation Result Window - No matches found or no lookup performed / No translation results to display


I've been working on the same project for about a month. Whilst translating a file today, my Translation Result Windows randomly displays either No matches found or no lookup performed, or No translation results to display. 

In cases where the match is less than 100%, the Translation Result Window works (although it does not display the NMT suggestion, as it used to)

I have forced the Lookup Translations from the Advanced menu and it displays the same message. 

I have already removed and re-applied both the TM and  Language Weaver Cloud Provider.

Automation has all boxes ticked but Copy Source when no Match is Found

I also noticed that when this happened, the Confirm button is greyed out and shortcuts do not work. If I delete the target field and rewrite it, the Confirm option re-enables itself. 

Does anyone know why this happens or how can I fix it?
