Log in banned from Language Weaver portal / Unable to use Language Weaver service from the cloud-based resources

Hello,

I purchased Trados Studio Freelance 2022 yesterday, but I am unable to use machine translation features using the language weavers in Trados. When I select the cloud-based resources for machine translation, nothing shows up in the drop-down area as below:

FYI, I am already logged in to Language Cloud (at the top right of Studio):

I also constantly fail to log in to the Language Weaver portal. Whenever I try to log in, it displays the message: “Could not load registration details. Please try again in a few moments."

Upon searching through this community, I found out that some people were having the same problem due to account based issue.  

 Nothing happens when I click on Language Weaver Provider 

Any help will be much appreciated.
