Now that my trial is over, I want to go back to the free Cloud MT. I'm not able to do that, I tried a lot of things, and 2 hours later, it still doesn't work. The Cloud-bases resources TM is still greyed-out. What do I need to do to use the free MT? Thanks.

Actually I changed the "sign-in" option from my account to the company's account. I'm not sure whether that's normal or not, but that works...

For the moment, downgrading back to the Free LW subscription is not possible once you are on a paid plan. Our Support team will assist to downgrade your subscription to Free Language Weaver subscription that comes included with Trados Studio. 

Where did you change your "sign-in" option? In Trados Studio Cloud login? Each cloud account is linked to a different Language Weaver subscription so this is changing from your own account to the company's account might work.
