Trados 2022 Pre-translate says it completes the process but the target segments remain empty. It should populate them with Machine translation from the could resource. It did a good job until it stopped working. Any solutions to this problem?

Please make sure your Trados is updated (please check if you have an orange bell in the upper right corner on Trados) and also the Translation memory (please check if the TM has an orange triangle).

There is no update and the TM is new and empty. The Pre-translate function leaves empty segments all the time. From time to time it leaves the whole document blank.
Trados 2022 is just full of bugs. Sometimes it takes 1 minute to confirm a segment and I have thousands of segments, it's a mess. I used to work with older versions and they were fine but this one is bad and I can't report the problems anywhere.
