When does the usage of Language Weaver counts in Trados. Just after confirming the segment or when I have a prompt in the Machine Translation Window. If I prefer tu use a not 100% match of my TM, the result of Language Weaver that appears in the window counts for usage, even though I don´t use it?

Also in this topic, on Quality Estimation: Is it possible to get a report of the Quality Estimation in the files analysis? It would be nice to use this Quality Estimation for quotating. If have a better Quality Estimation, I may use less hours in the translation, and, maybe, give a discount to my client. Is this possible? Using the GUI to translate the document and just then having this report will imply in usage of my Language Weaver subscription in a job that it is not approved yet.
