Unable to log in to Language Weaver

Hello,
I cannot login to Language Weaver account using RWS ID and password. I get this message: "You are not allowed to login to Language Weaver. Please use another account or contact your Language Weaver administrator."

I mention I own a Trados Studio 2024 Freelance licence.

Could you help me, please?
