Hello,
I have an issue in SDL Multiterm 2019, the term "Partner Practice" is in the termbase as per the attached screenshot number 1. But while trying to search on it the tool is hanging and no result displayed as per screenshot number 2. I have tried to export the terms to tab delimited file and tried to search for the term and I couldn't find it as screenshot number 3.
Please check and advice.

I would recommend 3 key things:
1. Ensure MultiTerm is up to date: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000005770
2. Try Reorganise your Termbase to address the search / hanging by following these steps: https://gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge?articleName=000001161
3. Use the Glossary Converter which converts your termbase into an Excel so you can see the termbase data in its entirety: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/glossary-converter/195/
Overall it's a fantastic tool when it comes to maintaining/reviewing the the actual term data in a raw format
I hope this gives you some avenues to explore and that your termbase works as you expect.
