I read your request. Kaleidoscope has such a tool, which is called "Delivering MultiTerm". It is built for exactly that use case. It should be available again on the appstore soon, we are in the process of re-uploading all of our apps to the new store.

Thanks for your reply. I'll keep an eye out for the app in the app store. BTW - Great job at the Tekom! I got to see a couple of your presentations; it seems your voice held out after all. 

 Michael Schroeder , seems that you have a pending solution once Klaus Fleischmann delivers his "Delivering MultiTerm" solution to the AppStore. Looking forwarded to having a play with it myself.

Alternatively, some wizardly via Glossary Converter could be used to "recreate" your termbase without these forbidden terms. Seems a faff but as you said you want to

In the meantime we have an item outstanding with development that will offer out the box support that focused on "Introducing native support for forbidden terms in terminology management" and "Optimized handling of deprecated or forbidden terminology". Our internal reference for this is LPB-5350 / LPB-4930
