To be clear are you referring to GoupShare Cloud or Language Cloud/Trados Live?
I mention this assuming you are on Language Cloud/Trados Live and if so I hope this helps

We do support many ways in which terms can be linked. 

If you select Term then you can get as you mentioned

Thanks for your answer Lydia Simplicio . The problem is that the drop-down list - the one you include in your answer - gives the possibility to select the language, but once you select the language the terms are not listed in the second drop-down list and cannot be selected.

Is it a bug in the user interface or something related to the termbase configuration?
