Hi!
I've trying to use a MultiTerm base (ENG to FR, no asian characters), for a regular client, and I can't add it, I receive the following message: "General error occurred. MultiTerm is unable to retrieve the multimedia object."
I use Trados 2021, Windows 10, I updated what needed to be updated, I read a lot about the issue (including in this forum), but I still don't manage to use the MT.
Any idea?

Please can you try saving a copy of the SDLTB file only to a folder on your C: drive called this... exactly this:
c:\termbase
Can you open it from here?

Great! I suggested this to make sure there were no diacritics in your path. Whilst you don't use Asian I think the problem is most likely related to you having something in the path to your termbase that uses diacritics. I see your name has one so I guessed you may not be using an English o/s, or perhaps use an English o/s but have folder paths with diacritics.
Easier to test with a simple example than ask you to check the path. Now we know the termbase is just fine :-)
