Trying to solve termbase problem

Question

We are a small team of three users. We have been sharing a Mutiterm termbase via Dropbox, even though we know it's not good practice. It was pretty much fine until it started causing some problems recently. 
 We decided to recreate our termbase in a brand new (uncorrupted) file so we can each store it locally on our respective computer. I started the process, but before spending too much time on this, I want to ensure the file is clean. I went to check the file content in Notepad, but now I'm not sure what a "clean" file is supposed to look like. 
 Can someone tell me if it looks good?

 If by file you mean a MultiTerm database, you must know that it&rsquo;s a binary format. Even an empty database with no terms has some data in there, so no wonder why you don&rsquo;t see it empty in Notepad, an application designed for editing only plain text files.
