Hello 
I'm trying to upload a work onto the word server from Trados 2017. I use a plugin to do so. When I upload, it says the upload is successful, but when I look in the word Server it is not there...
I've made sure there were no errors on the tags.
I've re- installed the plugin
But nothing is working.
Can someone help me?

So nothing that is available on the appstore and nothing we have developed. I suggest you speak to whoever provided you with the plugin.
