Multiterm and Studio 2015 no longer open sdltb files from clients. They open the sample file and older mdb files, but not the sdltb file I need to open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the situation remains the same. What can I do? The error message mentions verifying that it's valid and that I have permission.
Thank you for your response. I installed the correct versions. Interestingly, I can open the sample sdltb file, but none from the client. I can also open mdb files. The error message asks to verify if the file is a valid termbase and if I have the required permission to access it. This happens for all termbases from the client.
I looked a little more into it. When I could open the client's termbase but was getting message errors, the index language was marked as "not specified" with no way to change it. Could it be their termbases that are at fault and not the software?
