Successfully converting Excel sheet into a MTF file and registering it to MultiTerm without any error messages, but still unable to obtain targeting TB, why?

Question

My several challenges to get a TB with bilingual (Japanese and English) information result in the TB without English. 
 Every time, all Japanese words seem to be registered successfully but no English. 
 
 If someone let me know the solution on this trouble, it would be big help.

Hi Hiroaki, 
 
Quite hard to guess without seeing what you are doing but I'd recommend you try using the Glossary Converter as this will do the job for you with a simple drag and drop of the termbase. This article may be helpful:
