&lt;p&gt;- Changing the name of the file coresettings.xml to settings.xml&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Running the program as an administrator.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Repairing the program in the Uninstall programs folder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Changing the location of the folder when installing it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- And adding the program to my antivirus whitelist.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Before Multiterm crushed, I tried adding some functions from Create Ribbons, I think it&amp;#39;s called. I added them in the Termbases sections and, when I closed the program, it stopped working.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know what else to do to launch the program and have access to the dashboard.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The issue of Multiterm not displaying hits in the editor window top right corner can be resolved by reorganizing the termbase &lt;a href="https://gateway.rws.com/csm?sys_kb_id=fe9c497083a2ae50396947426daad3a9&amp;amp;id=kb_article_view&amp;amp;sysparm_rank=2&amp;amp;sysparm_tsqueryId=1e4bbe1f8323b29015c56180deaad3c9"&gt;- Reorganizing a file-based or server-based termbase - RWS Customer Support&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This process cleans up the index-related data and can help in displaying the results again. If the reorganization does not resolve the issue, it may be due to security suites blocking access to necessary index and fuzzy match files. In such cases, adding the file type extensions to the security suite and restarting the PC can help recreate the index and fuzzy match files.&lt;/p&gt;
