Looks like you forgot the И character at the end of your regexp (before the []).

Such a check can be done with the “Report if source matches but not the target” condition (The pattern found in the source does not have the specified matching pattern in the target)

This is specified in

“Project Settings” → “Verification” → “QA Checker 3.0” → “Regular Expressions” lists the regexes performed for the QA (Quality Assurance).

You can replace утилизац with any other term if need be.
If you want also to capture the verb утилизировать, then use утилиз 

Amazing!  now it works much faster, at least for me, than using the Termbase Verifier which drives me nuts when I need to check only few terms hence avoid wasting my time to record them in a new TB.

Using this ? ! * $ expressions is not easy peasy for an average Trados user.

I believe a lot of such features should be somehow (with a ticks or what ever) preprogrammed into the Advanced filter window.

Hence my suggestion with the QA Verification Regex Condition that is more "obvious", but as you mentioned, more "clicks" than with ADF. The QA Verification Regex Condition, however, allows a series of regexes to be performed, so it may be better when more than one condition is tested.
