Support Fragment Alignment checkbox gone from new TMs in SR1

Hello everyone, 
 I've just noticed this today: the checkbox to support fragment alignment is gone from the new TM creation wizard. Is this intentional? I can't remember any previous discussions about this.

I don't remember seeing this documented before, but it appears that this is because fragment alignment is now enabled by default and only becomes active after the TM has over 1000 TUs.
