"There is not enough space on the disk", when Trados Studio 2017 is opened.

We're occasionally getting an error message saying "There is not enough space on the disk", when Trados Studio 2017 SR1 is opened.

It happens on a number of machines and the hard drive always has plenty of space. The messages can be closed and eventually the app opens as normal.

I also haven't found any error notifications in Event Viewer. Has anyone else had similar error messages?
