MS Spell Check does not work with Studio 2017

Question

Why can't I make the MS Spell Checkter work with Studio 2017? I am forced to use HunSpell, but it is not far as good, and the number of false issues coming up with spell checks is a huge waste of time. Any way to resolve this?

 Sorry if this sounds like going back to basics, but could you confirm you do have Microsoft Word installed or not please and if so which version. 
 If you do have MS Word installed, what happens when you go to FILE-OPTIONS-EDITOR- SPELLING and select MS Word Spell Checker?? 
 
 Are you able to select this option? 
 
 If not, what exactly do you see? Also what languages are you using in your projects please?

 Thanks for this- 
 As you have been able to use it in the past and after 'losing' word you have been able to reactivate it again, this sounds very much like something is corrupting the installation. 
 The first thing I would try is a simple Windows layout reset (this is known to resolve a few unexplained problems in the past- 
 
 Next- if this does not work I would recommend to run a repair on MS Word (closing Studio first) 
 
 Now reopen Studio and see if the problem persists. 
 If so, then run a repair on Studio as well
