How to prevent Studio (2017) from trying to start Outlook when creating a return package

Question

I don't use Outlook and probably never will. I don't want Studio to try and invoke it - coz I never even installed it together with MS Office. How do I disable the attempts?

I found kind a of a workaround after checking what triggers this annoyance with the Process Monitor from Systernal. After renaming these files: 
Policy.11.0.Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.config 
and 
Policy.11.0.Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.dll 
in the folder C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Policy.11.0.Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook\15.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c 
 
as well as: 
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.dll 
in the folder C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook\15.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c 
 
so that Trados couldn't find them anymore, the Outlook wizzard wasn't launched anymore.

Hello Piotr Bienkowski (PiotrBienkowski) , 
 This is a something we have seen over the years on the odd occasion and I believe this is possibly a 'shortcut' conflict between Outlook and Studio. 
 Please try the following options- 
 1. Open MS Outlook. 
 2. When prompted to set an email for Outlook-,simply decline and proceed without any email account. 
 3. Click finish and close the Outlook. 
 Now the settings should be remembered and Outlook should no longer be an issue. 
 (If you always use a specific email provider, maybe you can just set this as your preferred option?). 
 
 If this does not help- maybe creating a shortcut in Studio will help-
