 I am writing to you as extension of the previous matter:

 Unfortunately last 4 weeks has been a never-ending nightmare because of Trados. &lt;p&gt;Did you try the solution suggested?&amp;nbsp;Was the file a scanned PDF? Or was the file in a completely different format altogether?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would not expect otherwise the following-&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;How did you manage to &amp;#39;convert&amp;#39; to word.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You also mention that you do not have similar issues on other machines - only on one particular machine-&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Although the machine is maybe only a couple of months old- this does NOT necessarily mean that it is always up to date.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A new &amp;#39;out of the box&amp;#39; computer may have been sitting around in the store for 6-12 month and will of course&amp;nbsp;not been updated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To start trouble shooting here and resolve the issues- I really would suggest you follow through on the following TWO Wiki&amp;#39;s to the end.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It would be also great if you run into issues, to document/screenshot as you go, so we can see possibly where something is failing.&lt;/p&gt;
