Which version of the TransitPackage Handler app are you using?

We updated the app just recently- so the issue might be that you are using an older version and updating to the latest release will solve the problem

Hi Steven,

apologies for not coming back earlier. I was busy with an assignment. Unfortunately, the plugin is no longer working, even with normal transit package (not just web transit files). 

I downloaded the most recent version after deleting the previous one but when I click into the file in Studio it won’t open. The word count says ‘n/a’.  I had this same issue a few weeks ago but it was fixed with downloading the new plugin.

Any idea?

Thanks for sharing the package with me. I have replied on email- but here is the summary

I have been able to handle the package correctly in both 2017 and 2019 versions and also able to create the return package-

As I'm unable to replicate the issue- it makes it very difficult to try to pinpoint the problem, so I think we need to go back to basics and understand which operating system you are using (Windows 7 is coming to end of life in just in January- we no longer take W7 into consideration when releasing/updating apps

Maybe post a few screenshots into this thread, so we can see what's happening (or send directly to me)

The more information we have the easy it is to diagnose.
