Have you also made sure you are running the update version of Studio as well?  This also has MultiTerm components so you need to update both.  You should have these:

SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.7.2849
SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.6.56482

Sounds like you are trying to run Studio 2019 with Multiterm 2017, and that will not work. You need to update both to the latest major version you are using (2019 I assume).

SDL MultiTerm 2019 doesn´t work, when I open the App, it shuts down automatically before a termbase can be opened. So I ddecide to keep on working with Multiterm 2017. But now I can´t add new terms and in some segments the Term Recognition Windows do not show the terms even though the exist in the termbase.

Any idea how to solve this?

It would be helpful if you checked  the versions as we asked?  If you are not running both of these versions it would explain why you have this problem:

You can see the version number when you start the application, and also in the Help -> About screen

Multiterm 2019 doesn´t work, it starts the starting process and suddenly it shuts down even before the entire process is complete. That´why I uninstall Multiterm 2019 and install the version I was using and was working well until now.

Please download and install MultiTerm from here:

1. Download the ZIP file SDLMultiTermDesktop2019_CU6_56482.zip from our FTP site (Username: sdlpatches, password: 5dlpatch35).
2. The ZIP file contains an .exe file. Extract this file to a temporary folder of your choice, such as C:\temp.
3. Double-click the .exe file. This will install the latest release and replace as well as update the files in the SDL MultiTerm 2019 installation folder as appropriate.

This will install the correct version as the one you have is probably older.  If it still doesn't work then I think you'll need to get technical help.

You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

Incidentally, I'm impressed with your diligence to reply to both Daniel and myself.  Just a tip, you can refer to by typing the @ symbol followed immediately by his name with no spaces.  Then you can tag him in a reply to me, or vice versa.  Might save you a little time :-)
