I guess this is self-explanatory.
Spiros Doikas
You have a screen with very high resolution and setup Windows magnification to 200% or so?
Correct. But these were the exact same settings with Studio 2019 and this did not happen.
Are you sure you didn't run the app to resolve this problem ... perhaps?
https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/change-scaling-behaviour/790/
It might help with this one too.
Other than that the only explanation I can offer is that there has been a lot of changes in 2021 to address the use of hi-res screens and some of the windows may be behaving differently than they did before. It's a bit of a guess, but I think this seems a likely cause of the problem.
Thanks Paul, testing this app gave me a really huge interface, not practical either.
Yes... it isn't very nice really, but it has been effective for some users where every screen is unusable otherwise. The only suggestion I can offer is to lower your resolution settings and see if this improves, and remains usable for you. I think that until the teams have completed all the work they are doing to ensure we support this better there will always be some problems for some users. Not ideal I know.
No worries, Paul, this is only an aesthetic issue, no priority on this.
For me the best solution is to use 100% setting in Windows. All GUI are clear then.
Well, clear, but lilliputian if you have a high-res screen ;)
Works fine at QHD (2560 × 1440) and on a MS Surface (12", 2736 × 1824 - there it's a bit small, though).
