Hi, I can't download the update to Studio 2021 I've received a notification for.

After looking at the answer to similar issues on the forum, I've tried

- changing browser (from Chrome to Firefox)

- switching internet provider to ensure I have optimal bandwidth,

all to no avail. After I click on 'download', the following appears

but the download doesn't actually start.

Any suggestions?

NB) I had similar problems on first installation, when switching browser worked. It's hugely frustrating that a supposedly sophisticated and expensive software runs into such problems. This is the third Trados version I'm working with, and might well be my last.
