Why does SDL Studio 2021 show all the Completed jobs as In Progress on the Projects menu?
Why does SDL Studio 2021 show all the Completed jobs as In Progress on the Projects menu?
Have you told Studio, that the jobs are completed? You need to right-click a job and set its status to "Completed". Studio shows such job then as completed, otherwise not.

Same problem here, but I am certain the completed jobs are marked as completed. Every time I start Studio 2021 all jobs are listed, even though I have "In progress" selected. After switching to "Show all projects" and then back to "In progress" only the "In progress" jobs are listed, so Studio does recognize the jobs as Completed. It's as if Studio defaults to "Show all projects", even though the "Status" box indicates "In progress".
Very annoying, especially considering the fact that this did work OK until Studio 2019...
I'm having the same issue, just upgraded to 2021. My projects are definitely marked as complete and like Leontien when I switch to all projects then back to in progress filter, that fixes it. But I have to do it every time I open Trados, which is very annoying!
Has anyone found a fix?
Kathryn Malan, Leontien Spoorenberg,
Hi there,
Have you also updated MultiTerm - if installed, it needs to be the latest version also.
When a problem occurs after an update or upgrade, the first thing to try is a Windows Repair of Studio (and MultiTerm components depending what the problem is). This will repair links between the two pieces of software by checking for and replacing anything that is missing from their setup, for example.
Here is how:
This simple process may solve your problem. If it does not, I recommend starting a new thread on this subject which will give you the right to have a case set up to investigate this problem.
All the best,
Ali
This is a known bug that was introduced with the latest update for Studio 2021. I am sure it will disappear with the next update. If you change the selector to "completed" or "All" and then back to "in progress" the display is normal until you restart studio.

This issue is still there even after the last update SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.5.4270
I do not think anyone in the software engineering team is aware of the issue.
On what is the 'known bug' status based? Known by whom, us users, or (also) by SDL? It seems like poor testing when a prime feature/function like this gets through.
I also have the same problem. The recent update has not helped.
