I mentioned Notepad only because it is a text editor which can be found on every Windows machine. :-)

The situation is the same with Word:

I checked RWS App Store for plug-ins, and entering search expression "tag" into the search field, the only result is "Trados Copy Tags" which is not a solution to this problem. When I enter search expression "copy", I get "Trados Copy Tags" and "Word Count Copy" only. None of them solves my problem either.

Could you please advise which plug-in to download to solve this issue?

it is not a bug rather a choice, I saw some other CAT tool treat it as style01 - feels unnecessary/annoying(sometimes its length goes 1/2 page long).

why don’t you have one button to put it onto the windows clipboard? Then the user can paste it anywhere they like? Seeing as it’s only text you are extracting I think that would be a better solution.

Just a suggestion.

Highlight, Highlight and Highlight

RWS underestimates it, severely.
-for instance, CADF emits its halo light 100 times stronger than now should you highlights search word(s) in the result pane.
 Of course, currently, CADF is the most powerful tool in this Universe though.
