I like to be understanding, but the inability to download from the appstore is totally unacceptable. This is the sort of outage that shouldn't last more than 15, 30 minutes max. We pay a LOT of money for your products, and it's your responsibility to have redundant systems that ensure services are available 24/7.
Like Steve, I don't understand why this problem has been lasting for so long, all the more so that many of us have installed the new Trados 2022 version and cannot use many major apps in it!
I can only apologise for the inconvenience here. We are working on an alternative solution at the moment and hope to have something available for you soon. It will be a temporary solution but will allow you to use the Integrated AppStore in Trados Studio so get apps for Trados Studio 2021 and 2022.

Thank you, Paul, but what do you mean by "soon"? Several hours? days? weeks? (months?)
I am quite worried since "the server outage at the weekend" doesn't even refer to this past weekend.
On your scale it would be days. I'm hopeful we can have the solution we are working on up and running by tomorrow end of day... if a more permanent one doesn't materialise sooner.

I'm afraid we still don't have a solution yet. I don't want to put a timescale on this because I don't think it's going to be helpful. We'll update everyone once we do have something in place.
