Import .tmx TMs disabled | TS22

Question

I own Trados Studio 2022 and the import and export TMs options are disabled. Furthermore, I can't open any TM file formats other than sdltm. I'm trying to open a .tmx TM a PM sent me.

 Probably because you have not selected an SDLTM from the navigation pane on the left to import into or export from.
