I checked and completed steps 2 to 4. Regarding step 1 I don't understand how to go from the settings tab to the Trados Live website.

I am having the same issue, but across all my projects. It's been at least two weeks. I installed a Trados update today, hoping it would resolve the issue. No luck. The issue seems to be occurring across all projects. Tried to remove and then add back the NMT in project settings, restarted computer. At a loss, not sure what to do next.
